GETTING HERE

From Auckland/Paeroa. Travel though the Karangahake gorge till you start to see farmland again. There is a one way bridge on your right (well signposted with a turning lane). Turn here and you are on Waitawheta Rd. We are 6.19 Km from the bridge with our entrance on the left just before a hill.

From Waihi town. Find Kenny St (runs parallel to the main drag) and head west till you reach Victoria St on your left. Turn into Victoria st and go straight ahead for 6.6km, our driveway entrance is on the right just the other side of a small hill.

From Tauranga. Head towards Waihi, passing thru Katikati. About 17km from Katikati there is a road to the left called Old Tauranga Rd (there is a large 'To Waihi golf course' sign indicating the road) turn left here.  After about 6.3km you reach a cross roads with a give-way sign. Turn left here onto Waitawheta Rd and travel for about 3km. Our driveway entrance is on the right just the other side of a small hill.

Please note: If the gate is closed when you enter please close it behind you. While part of the driveway is concreted most is loose metal. Please drive with care and keep the speed down below 25kmh. The cabins are about 1.7km from the road with the main house 100m further on. The drive is fine for your average 2wd car but low slung sports cars should not attempt it. People on motor bikes and cycles shouldn't have a problem but if you are worried, whether in a car or otherwise, call us and we can meet you at the gate and either guide you thru it or provide a free scuttle service.
